Addressing Concerns at FMPSD/Fort McMurray Christian School
At Fort McMurray Christian School, we believe open and respectful communication builds a stronger school community. If you have a concern, we’re here to listen and support you in finding a resolution.
To help guide you through the right steps, Fort McMurray Public School Division has created a clear process for addressing concerns:
-
Start with the teacher if it’s a classroom-related issue.
-
If unresolved, speak with the school principal.
-
For broader school-wide concerns, begin by contacting the school administration directly.
-
Division or community-wide concerns can be addressed by contacting the FMPSD Division Office, where a Director will assist you.
-
If necessary, concerns can be elevated to the Superintendent’s Office.
For questions or if you’re unsure where to begin, visit fmpsdschools.ca/contact or call the Division Office at (780) 799-7900. We’re committed to working together to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
