Last week, during our homegroup time, students learned all about silviculturalists (forest managers) and how they take care of the forest.We connected this to our school-wide Storyline of being Rooted In Christ and how not only can we care for our own faith, but we can also help those around us with our actions and how we treat others.
We then built the Fort McMurray Christian School Forest with students colouring a tree and including one throughline that they think they do really well. Be sure to ask your kids about it!
