My name is Sorina Saayman.

I am originally from South Africa and moved to Fort McMurray with my husband and three children in 2006.

I started as Senior Administrative Assistant at the Fort McMurray Christian School in 2019, and after two years I had to step away as my husband and I moved to explore Vancouver Island for 3 years.

I am a wife, mother, and busy grandmother of 5 handsome boys. In my spare time you will find me with a warm cup of tea in my hand, out for a walk with my husband, visiting with family, or chasing after one of my grandsons.

I am so excited to return to the Fort McMurray School Division back in my same role at FMCS and I am looking forward to God’s plan for us here in Fort McMurray; this is home.
