My name is Samantha Patey. This is my 6th year serving as school counsellor for Fort McMurray Christian School. I am passionate about fostering emotional and social growth of all students. I hold a Bachelors degree in Social Work for the University of Calgary and I am currently in my last year of Grad school completing my Masters degree in Social Work. My goal as the school counsellor is to create a supportive atmosphere where students can feel comfortable discussing their challenges and goals.

In my free time I can be found spending time with my 3 children and my dog or enjoying kickboxing, running, singing, drawing or cooking.
