Junior High: Social Studies, Language Arts, Health, Bible, Electives

I am so excited to be teaching again this year at FMCS. This is my family’s 12th year with FMCS. We have loved, worked, and grown with this community through floods, fires, relocation, and many other changes and challenges. I have 4 children in grades 6, 8, 10, and 12. My oldest two children are graduates of FMCS and we are so thankful for the foundation that Christian education helped us to build in their lives and in the lives of our other children. The storyline that I have chosen for my junior high classes is, Into the Wild. It is my prayer that as we grow, celebrate, learn, and struggle together this year that we will always remember what Paul taught us in Romans 8:38-39, “And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
