Is my child old enough for the Early Childhood Development Program (ECDP)?
If your child was born in 2018 they can join ECDP in the fall.
Tara was born on January 6, 2018. She can come to ECDP.
Carver was born on November 19, 2018. He can also come to ECDP!
What happens in ECDP and how often is it?
Are you looking for a program that provides a language-rich, theme-based Christian environment where children learn through play? The Early Childhood Development Program is your answer!
The program operates Monday to Thursday and some Fridays, around 3 hours per day in either the morning or the afternoon.
It is staffed by a certified Christian teacher with a B. Ed. specializing in early childhood development. Experienced Christian educational assistants knowledgeable in child development disabilities and intervention strategies are also part of the team.
How is the ECDP Program Designed?
The program is designed to build on each child’s, spiritual, social, physical, intellectual, creative, and emotional development. Its aim is to fill or address developmental gaps, which may affect learning in kindergarten and higher grades. The faith-based program offers a safe, warm, and caring environment where children learn through play.
